Dinesh Alt from Switzerland wins Eureka6 Hamburg for €69,120Dinesh Alt, a pro from Switzerland becomes the new winner of Eureka Poker Tour season#6 Hamburg Main Events. The player took home the first prize of amount €69,120, along with the beautiful trophy.

The main event of Eureka6 took place from September 28 to October 3 in Hamburg. The €1,000+€100 buy in event attracted 367 entries (327 unique and 40 re-entries), and generated a prize pool of amount €355,990.

Alt has already won multiple online poker championships including TCOOP with the name “NastyMinder”.

Ercan Atmaca from Netherlands was the runner up and collected the winning share of amount €43,790.

Dinesh Alt was very happy after winning the first major live poker tournament here at Hamburg and said that “Everything happened that you need to win a tournament”, and I’m very really enjoying the moment.

He took his seat on day 1B of the tournament, but completed his journey being a champion. He once sat around with high stacks players such as George Danzer, David Yan and Charlie Carrel. But it was Alt’s day and none others.

Final table of the game included players like Marcel Schauenburg, a German poker pro, who got bused to sixth place for a total winning share of amount €15,590. Schauenburg was the first player who hit the rail and was busted from the tournament.

Another German poker pro Erik Scheidt and a PokerStars qualifier got busted to fifth position and made €20,260 from the tournament.

Next man gone was Ismet Oral from germany. He took home €25,600, being fourth player. He didn’t last for long against Dinesh Alt.

The game was on for at least two and half hours and there were no eliminations for the same time. But after this three players got eliminated back to back in next 20 minutes of play.

The first one was a German Pro Walid Abdi-Ali, who made a mistake and was out from the table with total €31,650 to third place.
