Steve O’Dwyer wins PokerStars Championship Macau Super High RollerSteve O’Dwyer, a professional poker player and champion of Ireland has won the latest Super High roller event took place in Macau. The tournament of buy-in HK$400,000 started on April 1 and concluded on April 3.

The tournament received 88 entries out of which 64 players were fresh entrants, while 24 were re-entrants. Total prize pool generated for this particular PokerStar super High Roller was HK$33,802,560.

Steve O’Dwyer becomes champion of this series and pocketed (HK$8,460,830) or $1,088,636, while the runner-up of this event was Fedor Holz of Germany who pocketed 6,749,170 or 868,401.

O’Dwyer is world’s best High roller player and he proved once again that no one can beat him in a tournament like this. Fedor Holz did very well to make his way out of others but he couldn’t through to the final table and completed his journey being second.’

O’Dwyer was very happy after winning this best shot of his career. He said that “I think I’ve used up all the luck with the mango winning this tournament.
