Steve O’Dwyer Earns AU$951,960 by winning LK Boutique $250,000 Challenge

LK Boutique $250,000 at 2016 Aussie MillionSteve O’Dwyer has won the LK Boutique $250,000 Challenge played at Crown Poker Room in Melbourne where 2016 Aussie million took place. O’Dwyer collcted the first prize of AU$1,051,959 and an Aussie Million Gold ring. He defeated David Peters of USA who took home AU$889,236 and was the runner up in the game.

The event attracted 16 players including top international poker pros like David Peters of the United States, Connor Drinan of United States, Connor Drinan of USA, and Fabian Quoss (winner of $100K challenge of 2016 Aussie Million) of Germany.

Some other world class player participated to the event were Fedor Holz of Germany, Phil Ivey of USA, Mike McDonald, Brian Rast, Byron Kaverman and Sam Greenwood. Almost everyone out there was playing to win this title but at the end of the day O’Dwyer played out and won the first prize of the game.

O,Dwyer is an Irish Poker Player who has already won many tournaments and cashed millions of dollars playing at various poker tournaments. Some of the biggest cases for him are at:- 2016 PCA $50,000 Single High Roller, where he made $945,495, at EPT#9 Grand final Table for $100,000 and at EPT#12 Prague for €50,000 Super High Roller.

The first elimination from the final table on Day 2 was of Fedor Holz and followed by him legendary Phil Ivey, Brian Rast and Mike McDonald got eliminated in a couple of hours of the game started.

Then after their removals from the games it was the time for players like Sam Greenwood, Igor Kurganov and Ben Tollerene to got busted from the money list.

The final hand of the game indicated the board Q♥63♠T♦7♦ for which O,Dwyer moved in for Q♣T♠ but peters finishes with cards Q♦7♣ and loses the final hand to O,Dwyer.
