Tyler Smith wins $565 PLO of WSOP for $224,344Tyler Smith has won the event#18 of ongoing 2017 World Series of poker. The event was $565 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha which attracted 3,184 players.

Tyler Smith collected a sum total of amount $224,344 from the tournament being winner, while runner-up of the event was a professional poker player named Jason Stockfish, who collected a sum total of amount $138,655 from the tournament.

Smith’s first WSOP title came back in 2008, when he participated at Harrah’s New Orleans, where he defeated 284 players, but this particular tournament of Pot Limit Omaha gave much better result for him, because of so many participants.

Smith was very happy after winning this second gold bracelet wt world series of poker. he said ‘it feels amazing”, you know that it is very important to win an event like this here at WSOP because of so many people looking to win against you. It is surreal experience for sure, he added.

According to him, it was unwinnable for him because of so many participants looking to win the tournament n Day 1.

He also said that “I guess I’ve played so much of pot limit Omaha that I’m used to it. I don’t really play No Limit Hold’em a lot. I am a PLO guy.

Smith loves to play cash games and apart from that he has been investing in real estate and even owns a restaurant. The 30 year old PLO player said that I don’t want to rely on poker. It is my hobby and I don’t rely on it to make an income.
